How to Use

WireGuard Setup Instructions

  1. Get Your Credentials: Sign up at Mullvad VPN and generate WireGuard keys in your account dashboard.
  2. Download the Config: Generate and download the config file above.
  3. Replace Placeholders: Open the file and replace the PrivateKey with your actual key.
  4. Import to WireGuard:
    • Windows/macOS: Open WireGuard app β†’ Import tunnel(s) from file
    • Linux: sudo wg-quick up ./config.conf
    • Mobile: Scan QR code or import file in WireGuard app
  5. Connect: Activate the tunnel and verify your IP has changed.

OpenVPN Setup Instructions

  1. Get Your Credentials: Sign up at Mullvad VPN and download official config files or note your username/password.
  2. Download the Config: Generate and download the config template above.
  3. Add Certificates: Replace the CA certificate section with the actual certificate from Mullvad VPN.
  4. Import to OpenVPN:
    • Windows: Place in C:\Users\YourName\OpenVPN\config\ and import
    • macOS: Use Tunnelblick - drag .ovpn file to install
    • Linux: sudo openvpn --config ./config.ovpn
    • Mobile: Import in OpenVPN Connect app
  5. Connect: Enter your credentials when prompted.
